A liquid blending system to optimize formulations that provides highly accurate blends for multiple ingredient recipes. Forward Thinking Logic (FTL) software is integrated with HTST systems, separators and other variable flow equipment to make flow adjustments for continuous operations.
Additionally, the system contains a Production Day Scheduler, RELCO
® Database and RelTronix
® Control System. An In-Line Analysis System is available for dedicated plant floor sampling and testing of blended and raw ingredients.
